Die ASTA Energy Solutions AG hat ihre Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre zur dritten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung eingeladen. Das Treffen soll am Montag, 1. Juni 2026, um 14:00 Uhr MESZ im Hotel InterContinental Vienna in der Wiener Johannesgasse stattfinden. Das Unternehmen mit der ISIN AT100ASTA001 will auf der Versammlung zentrale Beschlüsse für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2025 sowie Weichenstellungen für 2026 fassen.
Auf der Tagesordnung stehen unter anderem die Vorlage des Jahresabschlusses samt Lagebericht sowie des Konzernabschlusses mit Konzernlagebericht zum 31. Dezember 2025.
